Globaly

Data residency

Choose where
your data resides.

Globaly is built so enterprise clients can select the regional location
that fits their deployment requirements.

Residency is a deployment decision, not an assumption.

Data location can affect procurement, governance and internal policy. Globaly makes the region an explicit choice rather than something you discover later.

Regional choice

Available residency regions include the Americas, Canada, Europe and Asia. The region is selected as part of the deployment rather than assigned by default.

Why it matters

Procurement, governance and internal policy often set requirements about where data physically resides. Making residency explicit removes that as an unknown during evaluation.

What we do not claim

Selecting a region states where data resides. It is not a blanket claim of data sovereignty, regulatory compliance, or legal suitability for every jurisdiction — those depend on your own obligations.

Talk through the requirement

Residency needs vary by organization. Ask Globa to describe the current options, or bring in the Globaly team when a deployment requires deeper technical review.

Available regions

  • The Americas
  • Canada
  • Europe
  • Asia
  • Selected at deployment
  • Stated precisely, not implied

Claims discipline

Precise, not promotional

We state the region options exactly as they are. Where a requirement needs legal or regulatory review, that review belongs with your own advisors — we will not imply it is already satisfied.
